I’m David Martinelli, the Founder of Black Titan, 11 Bucks, Brotherhood Vault, Inner Circle, and Ironcrest. I started small and built a $500 million empire by buying companies, helping entrepreneurs, and making sure everyone in our group wins.

Legal details can cause big problems, so Carmen Rodríguez is vital to our team. With over 15 years of top legal experience, she goes beyond her role as Lead Counsel, spotting issues early and crafting solutions. She handles everything from contracts to negotiations, ensuring we follow the rules. 

Sophia is the creative force driving our marketing strategies. With a keen eye for emerging trends and a deep understanding of consumer behavior, she crafts campaigns that not only capture attention but deliver results. Sophia’s expertise lies in blending data-driven insights with innovative storytelling, ensuring that every campaign we launch resonates with our audience. 

No successful acquisition strategy would be complete without Freddy Sutton, our Head of Acquisitions. Freddy uses careful research and smart thinking to find the next companies with great potential that we should add to our group. He works on everything from building new relationships to doing detailed checks, making sure our investments match our overall vision. 

Olivia Sertain serves as the guardian of our financial well-being, ensuring every penny is accounted for. As Financial Controller, Olivia crafts detailed budgets and financial models that guide our strategic choices. Her ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights has been a game-changer, helping us optimize profits for both our internal ventures and the businesses we acquire.

When it comes to connecting with entrepreneurs and companies we like, Laurence Van Niekerk is our go-to. As the Director of Business Development, he is the first person that founders reach out to when they want to work with us. Laurence’s natural talent for building trust and clear communication turns these first meetings into long-term, positive partnerships.

As our Client Success Manager, Ewa works hard to create an environment where each partnership feels personal, not just a business deal. She answers questions, gives support, and makes onboarding smooth so that everyone gets the most out of our resources.

As a Senior Analyst, Patrick works closely with Freddy and Olivia by running financial models, checking market trends, and doing detailed risk assessments.
